<p><strong>Class Description</strong>:   We begin with pranayama (breathing excercises) to build our focus.  Then we move our body with the breath in natural and comfortable postures.  Every class includes opening hips &amp; shoulders, core strengthening, balance and a little bliss!  You go at your own pace because it’s your practice.  We end class with savasana and I’ll play the gong while your mind goes into a meditative state.  Namaste</p>

<p><strong>Class Fee:  </strong>$10.00 per class.  Pay as you go.</p>
<p><strong>What to wear/bring:  </strong>Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes.  We practice in bare feet.  Bring a bottle of water to drink.  Keep an open mind and be ready to have fun! </p>
<p><strong>Where</strong>:  2564 NE William E Sutton Rd in East Bremerton.  Off  303  between NE McWilliams Rd. and Brownsville Hwy.  Follow to the circle at the end and park.  You&#8217;ll see the colorful Tibetan flags out front. </p>
<p><strong>Melanie Simodi</strong>  is an <strong>E-RYT</strong>, has been teaching for six years and practicing for eleven years. (taught at Bremerton Tennis &amp; Athletic, Silverdale Fitness, Olympic College, etc)  She is well-versed in Yoga Philosophy and is a Certified Teacher of Sanskrit Mantra. (the language of Yoga, so to speak).  Melanie has studied under great minds like Kathleen Hunt (Samadhi Yoga),  Thomas Ashley Farrand a.k.a. Namadeva  Acharya (Sanatana Dharma Satsang) , Guru Singh (3HO) and others.</p>
